2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, we offer a refund if requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or any renewal date. No refunds will be issued after this 7-day period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, we offer a refund if requested within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase or any renewal date. After this 14-day period, refunds for annual subscriptions may be provided on a prorated basis at our discretion, subtracting the value of the service already used.
2.3 Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically qualify for a refund. To cancel a subscription without requesting a refund, you can do so in your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the services until that date.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Service unavailability for an extended period that significantly impacts usage
- Major technical issues that prevent proper use of the service and cannot be resolved
- Incorrect billing or charging errors
- Request made within the specified refund period for your subscription type
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the specified refund period for your subscription type
- Subscription cancellations that are not accompanied by a refund request within the eligible period
- Service issues related to your internet connection, browser, or device
- Subscriptions that have been found to violate our Terms of Service
- One-time purchases for specific digital assets or services, unless otherwise specified
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the billing section
- Click on "Request Refund" next to the applicable subscription
- Fill out the refund request form, providing all required information
- Submit your request

6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds usually take 5-7 business days, while other payment methods may take longer.
